MISSION STATEMENT
The Cargo is a valued news source for the people of San Leandro High School because we inform them about news that affects or impacts them. We have integrity and make sure all of our news stories are factual. As the voice of SLHS, we provide a platform for people to share their opinions. We always strive to have diverse and representative coverage of our community. Our publications give our journalists a chance to improve their writing, photography and other reporting skills.
The Cargo is written and edited by students of San Leandro High school, and they are solely responsible for its editorial policy and content. The opinions, views and beliefs in each opinion article are its author’s own and do not necessarily reflect the opinions, views or beliefs of the San Leandro High School students, staff or administration.
