Good Morning Pirates! Today is Thursday, January 18th, 2024 and these are your daily announcements from the Leadership team.

On today’s menu, there will be: Pasta with Meat Sauce and Garlic Toast, Spicy Chicken Tenders with Potato Wedges, Sushi, Teriyaki Chicken with Rice and Sausage Pizza.

Remember, breakfast, lunch and supper is served daily and free for all students.
Remember, the first 10 minutes of lunch is for you to decide if you will eat at the main campus or FTK. After 10 minutes, there is NO movement between campuses!
Seniors, the green San Leandro Scholarship application is now available! Pick up a copy in the Counseling Office to be considered for hundreds of local scholarships for students in music, leadership, sports, and many other areas. About 100 seniors will receive scholarships from the San Leandro Scholarship Foundation, so apply soon!
The 2024-2025 FAFSA and CADAA are now open! The priority deadline for both financial aid applications is Tuesday, April 2nd.For students applying for FAFSA, come to our FSA ID workshops at lunch every Wednesday and Thursday to get started on your application and create your FSA ID!
Stressed about how to begin your scholarship search and paying for your college education? Join the College and Career Center after school next Tuesday for our scholarship workshop to have all your questions answered! See you there!
Class of 2024, if you have not ordered your cap and gown, please check your school email for information regarding how to place your order or stop by the AP office.
Good morning pirates! The business academy is collaborating with the cafeteria in selling lemon pepper chicken wings and cajun fries! Be sure to be on the lookout for the new menu item!
Don’t forget to support Gxrl Up’s period production and delivery drive! All proceeds will go to organizations supporting those facing barriers in accessing these products. Look for any of our flyers to see who the participating teachers are, and help them collect the most donations!
Orchestra is having their Mid-Year concert on Wednesday, January 31 @7pm. Admission is free, but bring cash to buy your friend or student a rose! This concert showcases smaller groups. Ask your friend or student if they will be performing and come out and support them! Fill your evening with a variety of music, we look forward to seeing you!
