“A moment that pushed me out of my comfort zone was trying out for the basketball team. It was something new, something I’ve never done before. Unfortunately, I didn’t make the team, but it taught me some things about teamwork and pushing myself to do things, even if I don’t succeed in it. This moment has changed me [as a person] because now I don’t keep to myself, I like trying new things and I’m more open to trying new clubs. If I could tell my younger self one piece of advice it would be don’t be scared to make new friends and speak up and talk because i’ve always been nervous when it comes to talking and speaking to new people, I would give my younger self that advice.”
