The San Leandro High School’s Welcome Dance was hosted September 15 for students of any grade. Attending students met up at around evening time at the quad with friends. During the earlier portion of the event, students engaged in activities such as games or taking photos at the photo bus. Available foods at the event consisted of Churros and Nachos. As for drinks, the event had Horchata and Shirley Temples. The area was decorated with several balloons and streamers as well as balloon arch. Throughout the entire event students conversed with friends and later partook in the main event; dancing in the quad. DJ Marvelous “E” played several artists including: Ayo & Teo, Bruno Mars, Michael Jackson, Tupac and more. The Welcome Back Dance is a great event to consider attending in the future for those who enjoy dancing or simply want to have fun with friends!
